Please find below a helpful guide while visiting the site.

1️⃣ APPOINTMENT BOOKING : Due to limited availability and to ensure the best possible results, it’s recommended that new patients book 2–3 follow-up appointments at approximately one-week intervals after their Initial Treatment. Booking these in advance helps ensure continuity of care, especially during busy times. You’re always welcome to adjust your appointments later as needed!

2️⃣ WAITLIST: If you’re a new or returning patient and don’t see your preferred time online, please add yourself to the Online Waitlist! Openings often come up due to last-minute changes, and this gives you a great chance to be seen sooner.

3️⃣PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT: Debit, E-transfer and Cash/Cheque

4️⃣WHAT TO WEAR: For your comfort and to allow for the best possible treatment, please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing to your appointments.

5️⃣CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, and missed appointments without notice will be charged the full amount. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me by phone, text or email.

6️⃣INCLEMENT WEATHER: If bad weather’s on the way, don’t worry — we understand! Advance notice of inclement weather is widely shared, and we kindly ask for 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. You can manage your appointment anytime at simcoeosteopathy.janeapp.com If less than 2 hours’ notice is given, I’ll do my best to fill the spot. If not, the full fee will apply.
