📆BOOKING INFORMATION Due to limited availability, it is recommended that new patients book 2-3 follow-up appointments 2 weeks from their initial assessment & treatment appointment. If you are not a new patient, please book 2-3 follow-up appointments as you may require more than 1 visit to resolve your health concerns. Any booked appointment can easily be modified or cancelled if not needed.

Join the ONLINE WAITLIST if unable to book appointments immediately. The Jane system will send automated notifications prompting you to book when appointments are available. Last minute schedule changes occur often and will present opportunities to book in as well. Please feel free to look at the online schedule anytime to see what may be available.

⚠️CANCELLATION POLICY Please note, a 24 hour cancellation policy is enforced. You may cancel online, call/text (519) 429-1808, or email at sheryl@simcoeosteopathy.com 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be billed for the full appointment fee. .

☔️ ❄️ INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY Advanced notice of inclement weather is widely publicized. Please advise or consult the online schedule if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Two (2) hours notice is required when cancelling due to inclement weather, otherwise, you will be billed for the full appointment fee.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy that is gentle, safe and suitable for all ages. By moving your joints and muscles, osteopathy improves your body's structure and function thus supporting your natural self healing mechanism.

Sheryl graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario (1991) with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Sheryl was formerly trained as a registered massage therapist at The Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington, Ontario (2002-2012). She has been a manual practitioner for over 20 years. During this time, she graduated from the 4 year Master Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc) program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, Ontario (2011). In 2013, Sheryl completed the Teacher Training Program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and formerly a member of the teaching faculty. In addition, Sheryl served as president of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN) & the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) from 2016-2020. Her private practice is located in Norfolk County, Simcoe, Ontario.
